Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree or college graduate.
At least 1 year of related working experience.
Assists in providing administrative support in daily transactions.
Responsible for filing all daily records and ensuring that it is properly organized.
Managing the document/s of everyday transaction/s such as Delivery Receipt/s, Transfer Order, Return Material Parts, Vendor Return, Receiving and Transmittal.
Prepare Sales orders and fulfill Delivery Receipt of all client's orders.
Responsible for checking actual items from different branches, and receiving thru the system. Responsible also for receiving office supplies.
Responsible for monitoring status of branches and Sales Representatives orders.
