Partner Production Associates are a part of the Lead Production team within our Lead Fulfillment group and support PureB2B's lead generation order fulfillment through proactive and responsive partner communication, campaign performance monitoring, lead quality and campaign requirement enforcement, and on time lead delivery compliance. Partner Production team members work closely with the Lead Allocation and Customer Support team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction on every lead campaign.
Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do":
Accountability for lead order fulfillment results
Bring in the right people to address partner questions that you don't have the answers to, especially as they relate to PureXchange or campaign delivery requirements
Monitor partner lead campaign fulfillment activities and work with internal and partner teams to ensure on time delivery for all lead campaigns
Monitor campaign performance to ensure lead quality standards are achieved
Address any high unqualified (UQ) lead concerns with each partner
Plan and recommend strategies to ensure partners reach their lead production targets
Reconcile lead delivery concerns or lead return disputes
Work with Lead Fulfillment and Lead Production management to improve processes, share insights related to the partners you work with directly and contribute toward PureXchange improvements that could improve your workflow and help us scale our business
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Exceptional communication skills-both written & verbal
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Conflict resolution
Effective under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
