We are looking for someone to work Part Time as a House Loan/Home Buy Prospector/Home Loan Lead Generation.

Shift Schedule: 11:00PM-4:00AM PH TIME MON-FRI
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Do outbound calls from warm leads from a database provided
Answer to purchase-related inquiries
Transfer calls on the spot to closers
Provide quotes to the prospects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in outbound telemarketing/cold calling is a MUST!
Experience in the residential mortgage is a PLUS!
Willing to be trained and is willing to learn new things
Keen to details and is always curious about details provided
Ability to rebut two or three times on any objections
Aggressive, persuasive, and conversational
Proactive and is able to work independently with less supervision
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor
Has own PC/Laptop
Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
