Qualification:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with experience in customer service and professional writing preferred.
- Must follow instructions precisely, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive approach necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills needed for managing multiple client accounts and adhering to tight schedules.
- Genuine care for client's reputation is essential, along with sincerity, transparency, and empathy.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate are valued.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Slack, Monday.com, Upwork, and Vendasta preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients' online reputation on review-based websites.
- Develop tailored review responses, mitigate negative/false reviews, and monitor client profiles.
- Evaluate and address effectiveness of review improvement strategies.
- Work to remove negative content following established protocols.
- Collaborate to establish new procedures and address client needs.
- Provide regular email reports on achievements and future strategies.
- Stay updated on platform guidelines and implement new tactics.
- Actively contribute to company growth and development.
