Opportunity (the job): The perfect candidate for this job has 2+ years of relevant and recent NetSuite accounting experience, excels at not only following a process but setting one up, loves diving into data and puzzles but doesn't get bogged down and has a high attention to detail.
The perfect candidate for this job has 1+ years of experience in retail inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or data analysis, OR is entry level with a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Analytics. MUST haves are (i) a high attention to detail; and (ii) ability to puzzle solve and see the big picture impact of the data you are working with.

Is a finisher. You must love the details of your work, and work dutifully to ensure tasks are complete and accurate
Has a high level of Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLookups, and strong aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
Can operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Is flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
Has excellent written and verbal communication.
Is a numbers-oriented, critical thinker, ideally with manufacturing or ecommerce experience.
Is extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):
Maintain daily and weekly reporting that details KPIs and informs business decisions
Place purchase orders with our manufacturers
Enter transfer orders between warehouses
Validate shipping documents and quantities against systems
Pull necessary data for reporting
Maintain product/style/SKU information within systems

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week (with the potential of growing to full-time). We are open to helping you create a schedule that works for you, but do ask that at least 3 hours/day overlap with Eastern Time. We can accommodate school drop offs/pickups, etc.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain, OR entry level with a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Analytics
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Location: This position is based remotely/virtually within the Philippines
