Position: Data AnalystLocation: Global (Remote)Employment Type: Part-Time | 20 Hours a week🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!!!️Role Overview:The Data Analyst will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to evaluate marketing performance, optimize spend efficiency, and drive insights that fuel sustainable growth. This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, and a track record of delivering actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and business performance data across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Email, Affiliate, etc.).
Develop dashboards, reports, and models that track KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, incrementality, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend efficiency and overall business performance.
Partner with the marketing team to analyze experiments and incrementality testing.
Monitor trends in CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and other key performance marketing metrics.
Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership, both visually and verbally.
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a DTC e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
Strong expertise in marketing metrics, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
Advanced proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience working with marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
