Our client is a company that provides a unique B2B platform that makes marketing, lead generation, and managed services easy.
Job Role
1. Compile a spreadsheet of businesses (with phone numbers) in the professional services space using a combination of LinkedIn and Google
2. Cold call this list of businesses and educate them on the benefits with the view to get them to sign up to BackBone on our website. This will automatically integrate them into the onboarding workflow and includes follow up calls where needed to ensure they set up their profile.
Target audience: (Business to business) Accounting, Legal, Finance, Software, Marketing, Coaching, IT, Software, Fintech, EdTech, Web Design, Graphic design, Corporate events, Business Swag/gifts, Corporate Photographers etc.
Target Company size: 1-150employees
Target # of businesses to sign up: Would be to ideal to get 150-200 relevant businesses on the platform within the next month
Daily customers call handling
Perform relationship building on a daily basis
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs
Has wide experience in Lead generation from prospecting, building relationships, qualifying leads and setting appointments
Ensure customer satisfaction - both internal and external to the company
Supports with shaping the Sales Pipeline, for long term forecast planning & growth
Works with the sales team to successfully transition over leads
Works with leads generated by the businesses other activities such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, customer referrals and help generate new one
Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to managementSupporting the sales team with qualified leads that drive both corporate & vertical market growth

Requirements
Experience in business to business setting and making B2B lead generation
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision-making skills
Customer-centric orientation with an ability to quickly build strong rapport and keep customers engaged
Strong relationship and human relations skills to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with a variety of stakeholders
A positive, energetic attitude, Initiative, drive, and out-of-the-box thinker
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and support internal team goals and external customers in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English required
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
