Job Qualifications:
Preferably a College Graduate with experience in writing documents (Legal, Finance, Banking, Engineering and other related fields)
Preferably with working experience in a related field
ABSOLUTE Attention to details
Strategic problem solver; logical thinker; strong analytical/research skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Report Writing Skills; High level of English proficiency required
Ability to work independently and meet target submission/due dates
Excellent Time Management Skills
Intermediate to Proficient Skill Level in: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Passionate with a positive attitude/outlook
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Produce professional, high quality, accurate and compliant Advice Documents with appropriate strategic & investment recommendations with the use of designated/required Financial Planning software
Prepare compliant Advice Support Documents
Ability to understand and compare basic money management options
Prepare accurate financial modelling and compare different financial planning modelling scenarios with the use of the designated/required software
Liaise efficiently and clearly with clients (Advisers) to obtain needed information and to notify them clearly regarding the progress status of the requested document
Completion of allocated work within the specified time frames (meeting target submission and due dates)
Provide technical support and guidance to clients
Build solid relationships with each Client assigned to you, continually looking for ways to further assist and help our clients (this may be through new services, better tools, more efficient ways etc)
Be proactive within the organisation and look for opportunities to increase efficiency across the business through Game of Inches
Actively contribute to our positive and dynamic team culture
Other Adhoc tasks:
From time to time we may also ask you to assist with other tasks which management may deem fit and needed to address business needs
