PARALEGAL
Job Description
1. Liaise with different Governmental Agencies to secure legal documents such as but not limited to Transfer Certificate of Titles, Tax Declaration, Certification, Civil and Criminal Court Clearance, pertinent Court Records, SEC GIS and AFS etc.;
2. Closely monitors issuances and compliance of any requirements mandated by Government Agencies such as DHSUD, HLURB, BIR, LGU, NPC, among others;
3. Can Liaise effectively with representatives from various offices, may it be on the corporate side or the government;
4. Field works and coordination with contacts from different government offices;
5. Assist legal department to monitor employee’s compliance at all times with Company Policies and Procedures in accordance with Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission;
6. Conduct legal research and gathers relevant information relative to real estate projects;
7. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles pertaining to the Real Estate Industry;
8. Record, file, and organize legal documents, certificates, forms and other papers entrusted for safe keeping;
9. Provide administrative support to lawyers; and
10. Perform other tasks as may be relevant and necessary.
Job Specifications
1. Preferably has experience as Liaison staff or in Paralegal.
2. Highly organized with keen attention to details.
3. Must be trustworthy and has the ability to handle confidential information.
