Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys
Conduction research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments.
Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
Preparing and filling documents with courts
Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoig cases.
Keeping track of changes in legas framework and providing timely updates on these changes
Represents the company in labor dispute/cases.
Draft demand letter and complaints
