Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year legal related course.
With at least 2-3 years’ work experience in the field of Financing, Banking, Real Estate, or any other entity.
Graduate of Law is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
Handles the monitoring and maintenance of WOP Hearing database/masterlist.
Organizes the required documents for WOP filing.
Attends in Court hearings as WOP witnesses.
Address the WOP backlogs by doing the actual service of notices and other required Fieldwork.
Coordinates with the External Counsels for the hearing requirements and hearing preparation.
Coordinates with the sheriffs for the implementation of WOP Eviction
