PARALEGAL
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
At least second year of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor course
At least 2 years of work experience in a law firm or legal department of a company
With knowledge of substantive and procedural law legal research and legal writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and IT Tools Problem solving and decision making
Knows how to draft contracts, prepares Secretary Certificates, GIS etc
Experience in labor laws and labor cases an advantage Experience in preparing legal reports, board meetings minutes, notice of meeting, board meeting agenda
Familiar with documentary requirements for SEC, DTI, and the like
