Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.

PARALEGAL STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Must be a law graduate
At least one year of experience in the field
Must have the skills in labor-relations
Must have the knowledge in drafting of pleadings, contracts and notices
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess and Evaluate actionable documents to build up collection/ adversarial and administrative cases
Preparation of pleadings and discuss the defenses and for prosecution with the retainer/ external counsel
Draft and review various forms of contract
Conduct and handle admin hearing and/or present the company in labor disputes
Draft and review standard form of notices
Do Legal research and render legal opinion and asset management
Do constant communication and prepare necessary documents for the professional fees of retainer/external counsel
Conduct and handle small claims in civil cases
Assist external cases in the arbitration proceeding
Collect legal accounts that are due and demandable and awards/judgment by competent court/ arbitral body
Assess and Evaluate sectionable documents to build up collection/ adversarial and administrative case from affiliates
