Asset Recovery and Management
Collection/demand letters drafting and monitoring
Summarizing cases and preparing reports for legal counsel
Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
Drafting legal documents such as contracts and other legal documents
Preparing and filing documents with courts
Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
The applicant must be a graduate of a 4-year course related to Law, and must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Experience in law office setting preferable.
