Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Due Diligence in the acquisition of properties:
a. Reviewing the Property Documents such as (TCT) Transfer Certificate Title or (OCT) Original Certificate Title or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT), including but not limited to verifying annotations (mortgage or other encumbrance);
b. To evaluate and recommend to the Management additional legal documents that may be required from the LESSORS or Site Owners;
c. Verify compliance of the LESSORS or Site Owners of tax laws, including payment of property taxes and other registration payments, penalties and other charges and other tax delinquencies;
2. Undertake preparation and initial review of Contracts, Memorandum of Agreement and other legal documents;
3. Liaise with the Legal Department on all matters relating to site acquisition, especially in the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents;
4. Visit sites and attend meetings with LESSORS or Site Owners;
5. Report to the Management and the Legal Department all matters involving operations;
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
3. Preferably Supervisory or 5 years and up an experienced employee in a Telecommunications company;
4. Has a background in paralegal; and
5. Has a wide range of networks in the telecommunication and construction industry.
