Paralegal in Panay Ave Quezon City 21k
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 7:00AM to 4:00PM and Saturdays; 7:00AM
to 12:30PM
-Fresh Graduate of BS in Law; preferably seeking work experience first before taking up the licensure examination;
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel;
-Above average oral and written communication skills;
-Must be able effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment;
-Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team oriented environment;
-Office administration experience;
-With driver’s license and can drive 4-wheel vehicle (MT)
Job summary:
-Prepares affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.
-Organizes and maintains documents in a paper of electronic filing system
-Meets with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to talk about case details.
-Files pleadings with court clerk.
-Helps prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed
-Prepares briefs, wills, contracts, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.
-Gathers and analyzes statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data.
-Keeps law library up-to-date by monitoring legal volumes
