Job Description
Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the fabrication process
Review and analyze production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources
Monitor and maintain quality control standards during the fabrication process
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of fabrication professionals
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and budget
Provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and productivity
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Industrial) or similar fields.
• Technical versatility in electronics design, electronics hardware/software integration, and system electromechanical integration
• Electronic components and test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.) Systems engineering (requirements-based design and project execution)
• Analog and digital circuit design
• Printed circuit board (PCB) layout, manufacturing and assembly processes
• Electromagnetic interference and susceptibility design methods
• Experience with lightning protection and Customer-centric attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
