Responsibilities:
Ensures team performance through planning and monitoring of daily, monthly and quarterly work for teamSupports in staff allocation for all department activities
Coordinates and settles with other department leads on all supply and related issues
Ensures healthy pipeline of new drivers by closely tracking new drivers pipeline and working with Marketing team
Ensures supply availability and quality by monitoring the ff: Driver Leads, Trained Drivers, Verified Drivers , Drivers Coached KPIs for the team, Drivers Churned, Driver issues, Matched Rate, Fulfilment Rate, Response Rate, etc...
Executes driver SOPs to ensure quality
Ensures monitoring and follow through on driver incentives and welfare programs (e.g., Star Driver Program program)
Develops internal supply policies
Crafting or initial approval of driver announcement messages created by Associates
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What you'll need:
4-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a logistics/ transportation / e-commerce fulfillment environment
Leadership skills to deal with a large and diverse driver community
Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time without compromising on quality
Must not break under work pressure
Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
Must be willing to work in Angeles, Pampanga when necessary
