Job Description
Execute painting and surface preparation tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces of high-rise buildings, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Proficiently use a variety of painting tools, materials, and techniques to apply coatings to walls, ceilings, and other structures in accordance with project specifications.
Comply with safety standards and practices, including the safe handling of paints, solvents, and working at heights, to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Proven experience in painting and surface preparation for high-rise building maintenance, including interior and exterior surfaces.
Proficient in using various painting tools, materials, and techniques for walls, ceilings, and other structures.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices, including the proper handling of paints, solvents, and working at heights.
