Job Description
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and priming.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
Apply paint, varnish, stain, or other coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
Repair and patch damaged or uneven surfaces.
Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction or renovation projects.
Ensure quality and consistency in painting workmanship.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Previous experience as a painter or in a related field.
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Attention to detail and precision in painting work.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Professionalism and good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Safety training and certification is a plus.
