Are you passionate about creating high-quality finishes? We're looking for a Painter/Polisher to join our Production Team. If you have an eye for detail, a solid work ethic, and are ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!
Scope of Work:
Sanding to perfection for a smooth finish
Body filling to ensure durability and quality
Pencil retouching for fine detailing
Applying hand-finishing techniques to bring out the beauty of each piece
Qualifications:
High School, Vocational, or Technical graduate with a strong technical background
Prior experience in furniture manufacturing is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge or experience in color mixing is essential
Familiarity with spray retouching is a bonus
Hardworking, reliable, and proactive
Good health and physical stamina
Positive attitude and strong commitment to your work
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Less than 1-year experience is welcome, but you must be eager to learn and develop!
