PAID SOCIAL STRATEGIST
The Paid Social Strategist is responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across multiple platforms in paid social, as well as for variety of verticals (B2B, B2C, e-commerce). They will take a data-backed approach to actions on campaigns and effectively communicate with teams on daily basis. The strategist is a key player in the actions that take place on a daily basis for paid social campaigns to achieve A+ results for clients and hit dedicated goals.
Responsibilities:
Campaign creation and setup across paid social channels (Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Campaign mapping and strategic outlining
Campaign builds A-Z following best practices for each platform
Manage and execute on campaigns across multiple verticals (e-commerce, B2B, B2C lead gen)
Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on the data driven conclusions in order to drive results and hit goals
Ability to execute on:
Recommended optimizations in account
Budget allocation and pacing
Strategic pivots and technical implementation
Ability to craft basic strategy based on client goals and troubleshoot dips in performance to make recommended pivots
Understanding of basic marketing funnel and where each channel plays role
Ability to report on results on an ongoing basis via excel, DataStudio, and in-engine platforms
Ability to craft reporting presentations
Core Skills
4+ years of experience with paid social advertising
Strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, formula)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized with strong note taking acumen
Solution-oriented and ability to problem solve
Strong communication skills both internally and externally

Position is full-time office-based and may start off with a Work From Home setup
