QUALIFICATIONS
Technical knowledge in packing operation and cartoning
Oversee and monitor packing warehouse including loading of containers
Analytical skills in quality reports, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the entire work flow
Lead, motivate and enhance people's potential
Ability to communicate and coordinate with IMPEX and other related sections
Good understanding , correct interpretation and execution of packing instruction
Ability to plan work responsibility
Initiates multi-skilling program/plan to achieve Lean workforce
REQUIREMENTS
Male or Female
30-45years old
College graduate
Experienced in managing packing/shipping section
Willing to relocate in Batangas
Can work extended hours
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
