Need Ink Sales & Services is a service oriented company composed of dynamic IT, Engineers and Marketing Professionals dedicated in providing a quality Optimum Toner Cartridges and Services in laser printer, troubleshooting as well as desktop PC repair. The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.
Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.
Is currently looking for:
PACKING MACHINE OPERATOR
General Qualifications:
Technical vocational graduate (Electrical/ Mechanical background preferred)
Adequate experience with mechanical, electrical, machine operations in a beverage industry (added advantage)
Willing to be trained
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts packaging line activities in line with SOPs and packaging plan requirements.
Monitors that all packaging items meet the company specification standards at all times and all materials match production work orders.
Maintains accurate and detailed production logs as directed identifying wastage and rejects.
Stocks and sorts products for packaging operations and replenish packaging supplies, such as plastic sheets, boxes, cartons, etc.
Cleans or remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials prior to packing.
Regulates machine flow and speed according to standard requirements.
Secures finished packaged items and labels them for proper identification/tagging prior to warehouse storage.
Carries out all routine checks and tests of the Packing Machine and assists Maintenance technician in implementing Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
Maintains high standard of housekeeping in the Packing area at all times.
Reports damage and faults immediately to Plant GM and initiates repair requisitions.
Performs regular inventory of finished and rejected packaged items.
Cleans packaging materials such as pad crates and assembles cartons to prepare for final product packing.
Location: AMLAN, DUMAGUETE CITY
