Job Description
The Procure to Pay (P2P) Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the global procurement organization, IT and Business. The person in this position would be recognized as one of the P2P experts for the Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, i.e., Requisitions, Purchase Orders, etc. The P2P Procurement Business Analyst would liaison with IT and global organizations to ensure a complete alignment and deep understanding of the business goals. The goal is to be a value-added partner to the business to meet procurement needs within Oracle Cloud to enhance the day-to-day processes.
Provide day to day operation, training and system support for Oracle Cloud Purchasing modules, i.e., Self Service Requisition, Procurement, Sourcing and the related procurement subsystems.
Work with business users and IT to define requirements for enhancements or new functionality; work with team members to design and solution the applications, participate in unit testing, test scrips preparation, coordinate with business users on system integration testing; assist in planning and executing deployment and provide post-implementation support.
Work with Oracle support for system issue troubleshooting and improvement opportunities.
To document processes and provide training to business users when there is change or new functionality introduced.
Participate and work in global and cross-functional teams for issue resolution, system enhancement and integration support.
Participate in all procurement related audits as required.
Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
5 years working experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. * Experience and expertise with ERP tools (Oracle and SAP).
Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Communicate well in English both in verbal and written form required.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills required.
Foreign language (Chinese) is a plus.
