KRA 1: SALES (OTC) TASKS
- Pleasantly entertain all the walk-in customers
- Encouraging the customers to buy the products (brief discussion about the usage, side effects etc)
- Serves as the front desk (especially when there are visitors
- Get client's orders (by writing in the Sales Order Form), calculate total amount of bills, accept payments and (if necessary) give exact amount of change
- Preparing the store for opening and closing
- Issue Official Receipts for every transaction
- Sets up advertising displays, announcements on counters to promote sales.
- He/She must have an updated list of price in order to answer client's questions
- Cleans shelves, counters, or tables before and after office hours
- Accurately count and check the payment and change of customers to avoid complaints
- Anticipating work difficulties and formulate probable solution.
KRA 2: ISSUANCE OF RECEIPTS AND SAP ENCODING
- Prepare the Cash Invoice indicating the control number, amount and quantity.
- Encode in SAP the details in Cash Invoice as incoming sales.
- Issue Acknowledgment Receipt when customer's pay their due accounts indicated in Trust Receipt Agreement (TRA) terms.
- Issue Collection Receipt for every Charge Invoices.
- Issue Provisional Receipt for every Post-Dated Check.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
