Summary
Primarily responsible for Outgoing Quality Assurance (sampling) on color band, label and packaging requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conducts sampling check per tag sheet (FI-QC ID) on printed labels. Ensures that printed labels matches the requirement stated on the Work Order.
2. Conducts sampling inspection on Finished Goods concerning the color band, material type and MTA.
3. Conducts gating on all finished goods for ready for shipment. Ensures that all packaging requirements were met.
4. Conducts Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance checking at Color Band station and Shipping.
5. Provide disposition lots with marginal acceptance. To conduct verification and disposition on defective lot/s detected at Color Band and Shipping.
6. Target=zero customer complaint.
7. Fills-up required checking result on the per batch printed label attached on the work order form.
8. Issues NCAR Form (Non-conformance Corrective Action Report) to lot/s failing at OQA2. Ensures follow-up of corrective actions until closure of NCAR.
9. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in his/her assigned work area. Cleans equipment and worktable at the start and end of shift.
10. Complies with company policies and regulations especially on good work attitude, attendance and punctuality.
11. Authorized to stop or hold batch of finished goods from being shipped with detected or suspected quality issues.
12. Authorized to stop any personnel from entering the Shipping Room who is wearing proper working uniform.
13. Authorized to warn/ check operators and other personnel inside the Shipping Room who do not observe cleanliness and orderliness.
14. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
