Calls prospective customers by automatic dialing systems. Influences prospects/leads to avail of our services by following a prepared sales talk.
QUALIFICATIONS
with at least 6 months outbound call center experience
preferably with proven track record of meeting sales quota
good command of English communication skills
comfortable making cold calls
willing to work on graveyard shifts and on holidays
assertive, motivated to succeed and self-starter
persistent and results-oriented
patient and able to handle leads’ rejections
knowledge in relevant computer programs and telephone systems
ability to multi-task
JOB DESCRIPTION
Cold calling people using a given phone number to offer services
Using scripts to provide information about our services
Ask pertinent questions to gather client requirements
Persuade the leads to be transferred to our clients by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
Record the leads personal information accurately
Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
