About the role:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Outbound Survey Specialist to join our team for a political survey campaign. You will play a crucial role in gathering valuable data through outbound surveys and ensuring participants have a positive experience. Your ability to handle escalation calls and empathize with survey participants will be essential in contributing to the success of our campaign.
Responsibilities:
. Initiate outbound calls to survey participants with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
. Utilize scripted survey questions to collect accurate and relevant data.
. Collect customer responses, enter data accurately, code calls appropriately and correctly
. Address respondent complaints or concerns with tact and efficiency.
. De-escalate tense situations while finding appropriate resolutions to ensure a positive survey experience.
. Deliver exceptional customer service and set clear expectations regarding next steps during survey interactions
. Strive to create a positive and engaging atmosphere to encourage participation.
. Demonstrate genuine empathy and active listening skills when interacting with survey participants.
. Acknowledge their perspectives and concerns to foster a respectful and inclusive survey process.
. Ensure surveys are conducted in a timely manner, meeting established quotas and targets while maintaining the quality of interactions.
. Work closely with senior supervisors to manage call center workflow effectively.
. Seek guidance and support as needed to enhance campaign performance.

. Previous experience in conducting outbound surveys is preferred, as it will aid in effectively engaging with survey participants.
. Proven track record in accurately gathering data, handling escalation calls and resolving issues with a calm and composed demeanor.
. Display exceptional active listening skills, problem-solving, and effective communication.
. Demonstrate a strong ability to empathize with participants from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, ensuring a respectful survey experience.
. Possess clear and articulate communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced campaign setting, meeting targets and adapting to changing demands
