OUTBOUND SALES: TELEMARKETER
Note:
1. Working hours 09:00 – 18:00 Philippine time – Monday to Friday, Weekends Off
2. This position is HOME-BASED subject to:
a. Availability of internet connection minimum 10Mbps
b. Access to PC/Laptop of reasonable spec
c. Quite working environment ( no roosters etc)
3. Salary will be based on a basic salary plus bonuses commensurate with market rates.
Main Role and Responsibilities
Securing sales demo appointments for designated individuals
Updating Pipedrive CRM systems
Scheduling meetings via Outlook Invite
Web Prospecting
Requirements
Academic and Certification
Ideally college graduate
Work Experience and Skills
About 3 to 5 years of work experience in appointment setting or Outbound Sales
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience with PC applications such as Outlook, Dropbox, Pipedrive.
Qualities and Behavioral Traits
Must be quick to learn and grasp new ideas and software solutions
Must be driven, motivated, innovative and a strong team player.
Must be able to interact at all management levels.
Successfully handle any objections the client may have with the relevant support.
Professional, punctual and courteous at all times when dealing with internal or external clients.
Show consistent commitment to the business both internal and externally.
Practice effective time management and problem solving.
Pay attention to detail and ensure accountability.
Engage the relevant internal subject matter experts in order to provide clients with effective solutions.
