Morning Shift
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating qualified leads and converting them into sales opportunities
Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social media prospecting, and networking to identify and engage potential customers
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas by consistently achieving individual and team sales objectives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
Qualifications: Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. (Zoho CRM experience is a must have)
Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities to convert leads into sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build
Familiarity with the industry or product being sold is a plus
