We are a US-based IT outsourcing company specializing in resource management and software development. We also provide quality assurance, automation test, technical support and business process oursourcing services to our US and European clients. Our office is located at Unit 1401 TGU Tower, Cebu I.T. Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines. Our current clients are among the Fortune 1000 companies.
We currently have a requirement for:
 
OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES
 
Responsibilities:
Meet and/or exceed Sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly
Meet and/or exceed Phone Duration goals.
Utilization of  CRM system to maintain a pipeline of opportunities and customer information
Identify areas of opportunity for new business with existing customers
Add/create/on-board new customer information in the system
Provide input and customer feedback on new products or marketing efforts
Follow all Safety rules and comply with Company Policy
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience (Call Center experience preferred)
Fluent in English
Proven ability to build customer relationships over the phone
Demonstrated enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving sales results. A passion for selling and building relationships
Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility and coaching
Excellent work history and reliability
Attention to detail, alertness and accuracy
Basic computer skills and math proficiency required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and learn in a fast paced environment
