Job Summary
You will be one of the Rockstar members in our sales team responsible for managing customer communication.
Do you have more than 2 years experience making sales calls?
Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs and a quiet environment to be able to make high quality calls?
Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely?
Can you handle nightshift hours?
Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPI's?
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all three touch points - phone calls, SMS, and email correspondence in your queue
Outbound calls
Email correspondences
Send SMS
In perfect written English be able to respond by email without the need for templates
Expected to ensure all targets are met by monitoring your KPIs in real time
Remember that we are looking for the number eleven.
Join in weekly meetings to discuss with the team the previous week's performance and issues encountered and drive improvement actions if the target is not met
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience phone sales experience
Own equipment:
Reliable internet connection (DL/UP min. 25 MBPS)
Win 10 or above / Mac OS
Min. 8GB RAM
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships and great rapport with consumers
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Ability to meet sales goals/target
Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
Familiarity with Salesforce a bonus
Willing to work on a night shift
