Desired Skills and Experience
This position requires a passionate, organized and goal oriented individual who understands what good customer service is. In addition, the preferred candidate should be/have :
At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
With 1 Year experienced in Outbound campaigns
Good to Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
The ability to work under pressure and sit for long periods of time
The ability to maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
Self-motivated to work under his/her own initiative
Consistent with performance and expectations
