Job Description:
-Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
-Educate customers on the benefits of our product.
-Answer all customers' queries and champion our brand.
-Meet productivity and metrics.
-Perform any other tasks as requested by management
-Provide Telecommunication Service to Customers.
-Offer Customers promotion/sales
-Has exposure to outbound calls (Cold Calling and Warm Calling)
-Serves customers by offering investments and meeting customer needs.
-Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Qualification:
-Must have finished at least 2nd year college
-Superb English communication skills. Must be conversant
-Solid comprehension and active listening skills
Sales oriented
-Able to perform well in a quota-driven environment
-At least 2 years industry experience, preferably in a sales program.
-Must have cold calling experience and a successful closer.
-Stock Trading, Forex and investment related background is an advantage.
-Good profiling skills with high level of Sales IQ.
-Must be able to provide positive client experience while being assertive to be able to close the sale.
-Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications
-Flexible, willing to work on-site and day shifts
