Job Responsibilities:
Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold
Address customer concerns via phone and/or email
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 month experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Sales and Telemarketing in a BPO setup
Proficient in Client Conflict Management
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Team player mentality
Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
