Outbound Sales and Social Media Assistant (Part-Time | Nightshift - USA Client)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 20,000 per month take-home pay
Work Schedule: 4 Hours Per Shift, From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Philippine Time, Thursday to Monday

About the Client:
Our client based in the USA is a fitness coach whose business is expanding and needs someone to help him expand his clientele through outbound calling / outreach of leads from Social Media. His business is relatively new, so a lot of things are still being set up including website.
He needs an Assistant to assist him with outbound calls and direct messaging them to book a time or appointment with him is the core goal. This person will also take care of his Social Media platforms (FB/IG). Posting content (images made via Canva) and looking for other topics or ideas to post on his social media accounts.
About the Role:
Cold outreach to targeted accounts on Social Media with the goal to set meetings
Create database of potential leads
Qualify leads based on given guidelines
Answer incoming calls and messages from individuals on Social Media
Utilize scripts to provide information about service details while making the conversation as natural and spontaneous as possible whether thru email or call
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
Record and update the customer's information accurately as instructed
Keep records of calls and sales and other records of useful information using a sheet
Post Social Media contents on to assigned platforms with provided materials
Manage and engage the community or people who will respond and inquire to postings made
Research possible article topics or posting ideas that the client can use in coming up with content for the website and other online medium utilized
Prepare and manage ongoing reports
Assist in managing other daily sales support needs
Qualifications:
With proven experience in a similar sales/outbound role for at least 3 solid years
With a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
Has excellent English communication and presentation skills preferably with a neutral accent
Has a high level of comprehension with good analytic skills
With good administrative skills
Basic Social Media management skills and experience - posting, commenting, private messaging
Quick thinker and can easily direct challenging conversations
Ability to get past gatekeepers effectively well
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Excellent phone manner and great customer support skills
With a high passion for sales and telemarketing
Self-starter and proactive
Capacity to recommend and establish process improvements
