We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our team. As an OSA, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, explaining cost reduction opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our US-based and UK-based closers to finalize deals. This position requires individuals with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle high-volume calls with accuracy.
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead sheets.
Clearly articulate the cost reductions available and present compelling reasons for prospects to engage with our closers.
Schedule appointments and effectively manage calendars for closers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 yrs. previous experience in a SALES or TELEMARKETING (solar sales, insurance, telco).
Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes.
Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
