JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
* Educate customers on the benefits of our product.
* Answer all customers' queries and champion our brand.
* Meet productivity and metrics.
* Perform any other tasks as requested by management
* Provide Telecommunication Service to Customers.
* Offer Customers promotion/sales
* Has exposure to outbound calls (Cold Calling and Warm Calling)
* Serves customers by offering investments and meeting customer needs.
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must have at least 2 years of Sales/Collections experience in a BPO setting.
* Must have cold calling experience and a successful closer.
* Good profiling skills with high level of Sales IQ.
* Must be able to provide positive client experience while being assertive to be able to close the sale.
* Knowledge in cryptocurrency is preferred but not required.
* Must have at least 2 years of college.
* Must be willing to work in Double Dragon Pasay City.
* Willing to start immediately.
