ABOUT YOUR TEAMS
Your newly-formed teams of Outbound Phone Sales Reps have just joined PowerChoice, and will be working from home in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and elsewhere. Your teams will be targeting B2B sales in the electricity space for Australian and Singaporean customers. Your teams will market by cold call and be fully supported by a marketing group. You will be supported by dedicated Group Sales Manager, Team Leads, Marketing and business support staff.
ABOUT YOU
You will coach, mentor and inspire our Phone Sales Reps, to design training courses and educational material. You must have a good understanding of outbound phone sales techniques and be able to train and motivate sales reps with varying levels of experience, diverse cultures to be effective in the Australian and Singapore market. Together with the Outbound Phone Sales Manager, you will help our salespeople engage in authentic, customer-focused conversations that result in high-value, needs-based solutions. and achieve their individual and team goals. Subsequently your role will be Coach to Direct (Field) Sales Team.
You will be home based for ultimate flexibility, with 7am-4pm local work hours. To qualify for this role your computer must be able to run the latest MS office 365 applications and have good Internet speed. We offer a full benefits package after successful probation. Full Training and Windows software provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be Coach for up to 30 Indirect Outbound Phone / Video Call Sales Reps to help them meet individual, team and corporate sales targets. Your Sales Reps will be working from home, and you will be managing them from home.
You will
Determine training needs of individual and teams of sales reps by identifying best sales practices, understanding industry and customer needs
Develop sales training curriculum and resources, constantly reviewing and improving the resources as necessary
Conduct on-boarding and on-going coaching, counselling, on-going training
Ensure sales teams are fully equipped with sales and product knowledge and resources
Inspire, coach to overcome personal challenges and improve discipline, inspire team-sharing and build team spirit.
Create an exciting, inspiring environment so that all teams are highly motivated to come to work, achieve individual and team goals, and work together as One Team
Set regular learning and development objectives for Sales Teams
Analyze sales results and evaluate processes and techniques constantly to achieve results
Sales Strategies, Techniques and Procedures
Work with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies, tactics, policies, procedures, processes, quality standards and resources for
direct, face-to-face sales
indirect, telesales
Constantly review, improve and adapt sales strategies, policies and procedures for maximum effectiveness
Work with internal stakeholders to develop performance monitering measures, work with Sales Managers to review performance and meet team and corporate objectives
Ensure Corporate professional and quality standards are upheld in all internal and external interactions
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Post-graduate degree or Training Certification a Plus
Min 3 years' experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer on virtual platforms
Experience in managing Call Centres - Sales or Customer Service
Subject Matter Expert in Telephone Sales
Highly proficient in written and spoken English
Ability to Lead, Drive, Motivate and Inspire
Able to work flexibly in multiple time zone (Mainly GMT +10 & GMT +8, ie Australian and Asian time zones)
Good Internet connectivity (speed and latency)
