Our client is Australia's leading career coaching and internship provider for students and graduates. They are looking for a full-time Outbound Career Consultant to join their growing team.
As an Outbound Career Consultant, you are responsible for the following:
Conducting outbound sales calls to convert students into clients for internships & career coaching programs
Providing careers advice to students
Converting cold and warm leads to hot leads and enrolling them into our courses
Updating the CRM with sales and customer information
Providing marketing and sales administration support
Conducting outbound CRM sales campaigns
Calling/Emailing prospective clients to notify them of new job and internship opportunities
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a people person and must be persuasive with a strong ability to influence prospects
Loves phone sales calls and talking to people
Confident and won't take NO for an answer
Charismatic and the ability to win people over
Prior experience in B2C sales is a plus
Strong ability to convert prospects into clients
