We have an immediate need for 3 established Class A CDL teams. We offer no forced dispatch, team controls the truck and chooses loads,
5500 to 6000 miles a week,
weekly direct deposit, at 40% of trucks gross
average between $1600 and $1800 per week per driver gross
quarterly performance bonuses worth up to $16,000 additional to the team
safety bonuses, and more.
We ask the team keep the truck in service for 40 weeks out of the year, how and when you take home time is up to you.
Increased pay with tanker and hazmat endorsements (additional 2%).
Tractors are (2) 2016 Cascadias and 2018 WesternStar 5700XE - all units come with a PrePass Elite, fridge and inverter at a minimum provided by us.
2 years tractor-trailer experience required,
no more than 1 ticket/moving violation in the last 3 years.
No felonies within the last 7 years.
We will add an extra 5% gross pay to a team willing to take a 2016 10-speed and 3% for a team willing to take a 2016 automatic for no more than one year before we upgrade the unit to a new 2022 Cascadia automatic.
We will fly the drivers to the truck or rent them a car (no Greyhounds!). We are very Guard/Reserve friendly. Team can choose dry van or reefer, mostly drop and hook.
