Responsible in handling the daily dispatch and deployment planning of the team;
Be able to guide construction according to design drawing;
observe PPE implementation to all team members;
knowledgeable of interpreting an engineering plan;
identify the correct workload for each team member;
Capable of employee training and comprehensive management;
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Engineering
Experience in handling team workflow;
daily accomplishment reporting.
