Job Description:
Responsible of making the rollout plan for region (include the resource plan) according to project milestone.
Organize all teams to execute the plan for the region, end-to-end monitoring and manage the project progress, ensure all targets can be finished on time.
Responsiable for the project progress, cost, quality control, safety control and PAC/FAC.
Coordinate and solve critical issues from engineering, outsource, logistics, and technique teams.
Responsible to close relationship with region customer and improve customer satisfaction.
Interface to region customer, organize customer meetings and escalate main issue to project management team.
Organize rollout teams, define the KPI for all team staff and evaluate the performance, make proper team building.
Manage subcontractors in the region, organize subcontractor meetings and conduct subcontractor workload confirmation.
Organize to manage project documents in proper way.
Manage project equipments and materials in region in proper way.
Responsible for EHS regulations to be implemented.
Project daily report via email and EPMS system. Report to project management team base on PMO regulation.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be an Engineering graduate preferably ECE
With at least 4 years extensive work experience with Telecommunication projects.
Must be familiar with end-to-end telecom turnkey projects including ROW, permitting, OSP workflow, implementation, testing and acceptance.
Must be able to work well in a fast paced demanding environment with high expectations.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a critical thinker and able to develop solutions of their own to solve problems.
With excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.
PMP Certificate Holder is an advantage.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Willing to be assigned in Cebu
