Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Professional licensed in Civil Engineer
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
· Required skills: Knowledgeable in Aerial and Underground design and construction of the telecom projects
· Handle fiber verification and mapping activities.
· Maintain records of fiber splicing and topography.
· Able to manage permits and reports needed for the project
· Familiar with google earth and MS Office applications
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Civil Engineering
· Provides overall supervision over the contracted services to ensure that all work is properly supervised and administered
· Provides technical advice for drilling contractors and consultants
· Plans direct and coordinates the drilling activities including the reviewing, studying and approving drilling operational/engineering process and report
