Job Description
Learning Delivery
Identify and assess future and current learning needs of the organization through training needs analysis, job analysis, and other data-related output.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness,
Identify ROI of learning interventions
Manage training budget
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and right practices
Identify and manage training vendors
Develop and design curriculum and modules to facilitate learning needs of the organization.
Create training programs that include web-based seminars, group sessions, training videos, and other advancements in training delivery.
Create and development scorecards for managers and trainers, thus they must act independently to ensure integrity.
Organizational Development
Develop organizational design and strategic plans to support organizational goals.
Diagnose organizational gaps and perform OD methodologies.
Conducts change management processes to improve business performance.
Evaluate existing business systems and recommend improvements.
Manage organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Lead coaching activities, including coaching strategy evolution.
Facilitate learning utilizing a combination of venues and platforms, including instructor-led training, speaker series, self-study, blended learning, and e-learning
Develop scoring and measurement mechanism for all management
Create systems that can identify and develop talent from agent pools and front-line workers.
Work with HR to develop training that meets the needs of staff.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of managing operations preferably in BPO / Call center space
Experience working with Leadership and Senior Management
Experience in high growth environments.
Experience in building learning platforms.
Graduate of any of Psychology, Communications and other related courses is preferred.
Preferably has certificate in any of the following: leadership development and other training-related certifications.
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Administration and Coordination Business Process Outsourcing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
