Job Summary:
This job directly reports to the Senior HR Manager and is responsible in contributing to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, at least 3 years leadership role
