Description
Qualifications include: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Communication/HR related course, 1-4 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR, Knowledge in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Competency Framework, and/or Career Pathing, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Knowledge in Photoshop or other virtual work is an advantage, Must have an excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include: Facilitation of competency matching, Assist in conducting succession planning of employees, Assess career pathing of different roles in the organization, Provide recommendations for employee's proficiency and match percentage of their assumed roles, Provide ideas for process improvements and integration of learnings provided by the company to ensure continuous development in the organization, Collaborate projects within the Division in order to achieve the Division goals.
