Position Title: Order Processor
Classification: Associate
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 a month
Reports To: Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: June 2022
Schedule: AUS Business Hours
Background:
Order Entry is the process or work-flow associated with the picking, packing and delivery of the packed items to a shipping carrier and is a key element of order fulfillment
Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering clients Purchase Orders in our system
Responsible for creating new customers in the system
Performs other tasks in his/her area of expertise and be willing to teach by example
Modifying an existing order
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills preferred
Strong computer skills required
Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Typing speed minimum of 38 words per minute
Data encoding or data entry experience preferred
The ability to work independently and as a part the team
The ability to do repetitive tasks for long periods of time
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Call center or customer service experience is an advantage
Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline driven environment
