Position Title: Order Processor

Salary Grade: 20000 - 26000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Manager
Primary Relationships: Client, Client Team

Background:
Order processing is the process or work-flow associated with the picking, packing and delivery of the packed items to a shipping carrier and is a key element of order fulfillment
Schedule: Must be able to work early morning shifts as early as 3-4 AM onwards. Flexible from 3 AM to 3 PM with 2 days off.
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication Skills
Strong computer skills
College graduate IT or business related field
Call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
Experience with graphic design (Adobe Suite or Corel Draw is an advantage.)
Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline driven environment
Data encoding or data entry experience preferred
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages
The ability to work independently and as a part the team
Accuracy and good attention to detail
The ability to do repetitive tasks for long periods of time
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
